Kgalagadi Jazz Festival

To put this often-overlooked region firmly on the musical map, the inaugural Kgalagadi Jazz Festival will take place on Easter at Wrenchville Stadium in Kuruman from midday until late.
The festival is the latest event to focus on jazz in South Africa and looks set to be the province’s answer to the Cape Town International Jazz Fest taking place the following weekend, the annual Joy of Jazz in Johannesburg and the recent International Jazz Extravaganza in Durban.
